The Speediance Extended Care Plan offers you an additional year quality guarantee In addition to your product's original warranty period. This service applies only to officially distributed Speediance products that meet the terms of the Extended Care Plan. Before purchasing the Speediance Extended Warranty Service, please carefully read the contents of this clause to understand the benefits this service provides. The Speediance Extended Warranty Service is provided by Speediance Life Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Speediance"). Repairs are performed by the official Speediance Customer Service Center or designated service agencies.

Extended warranty coverage

1. Scope

Based on the Speediance Extended Warranty Service bound to you (hereinafter referred to as the "Extended Warranty"), the types and scope of service of the Speediance Extended Warranty are as listed in the following table:

*Products not manufactured by Speediance are not eligible for Speediance's extended warranty service. *Official Product: Refers to products purchased through official Speediance channels or authorized distributors.

2. Duration

12 months. The extended warranty service begins at 00:00 on the day following the expiry of the official warranty period and ends, of course, at 24:00 on the day following the expiry of the extended warranty period.

3. Service frequency

If your extended warranty meets the applicable service conditions as set out in this clause, Speediance will provide you with unlimited services during the service period.

4. Location of the service

To reduce your maintenance costs, Speediance offers extended warranties depending on the place of purchase.The delivery location depends on the region you select when placing your order in the official Speediance online shop. If you need to change the delivery address for the warranty extension due to special circumstances, please contact Speediance customer service before shipping to confirm this and avoid any potential shipping cost discrepancies. If you fail to confirm the address change in time and the actual delivery address differs from the purchase address, you will be responsible for any resulting shipping cost difference.

5. Applicable Situation

Their extended maintenance plan covers defects in the service objects that occur due to non-human-caused damage during normal use within the maintenance period that complies with the provisions of this clause.

6. Service offerings

After Speediance completes the after-sales tests and fulfills the applicable service conditions for the extended maintenance plan, Speediance offers you unlimited free repair services. The free repair service under the extended maintenance plan includes:

• Material costs incurred during the repair process;
• Logistics costs incurred for the provision or return of goods as part of the repair process;
• Inspection fees incurred as part of the repair.

The extended warranty service product does not include on-site repair services. If you require on-site repair services, you are responsible for all associated costs (including, but not limited to, labor costs, transportation costs, etc.).

7. Obligation

Speediance's extended warranty service guarantees that the product repaired under this warranty will function normally according to its design and will meet Speediance's repair quality standards.

Information on the extended warranty service

Please read the following instructions carefully to better utilize Speediance's extended warranty service products.

1. Extended warranty services can only be tied to specific objects and corresponding services can only be used after successful activation of the extended service.

2. When purchasing products with an extended warranty, you have the following options:

• Purchase it together with the machine. After receiving your shipment, you can operate the binding and activate the extended warranty service product on the machine.
• Purchase the extended warranty separately within 24 months of activation. If purchasing it individually, you must ensure that the activation period meets the purchase time limit. Otherwise, you will not be able to activate the extended warranty.

3. The following situations prevent the purchase or activation of extended warranty services:

• If the verification result of the serial number you provided shows that the product activation time has exceeded 24 months.
• If the assessment result of the serial number you provided indicates that the product was purchased through unofficial channels or cannot be matched to an order, you will not be eligible for the extended warranty service.
• If the serial number you provided is not linked to the extended warranty service number or does not match the information of the linked extended warranty service, you will not be able to claim the extended warranty service.
• In the event of other circumstances not officially recognized or specified, Speediance reserves the right to refuse the purchase or activation request for extended warranty services.

4. The applicable situations for extended warranty services do not include Damage caused by problems unrelated to product quality, such as:

• Any damage to consumables or accessories, except for hardware damage, that occurs during the use of products with an extended warranty;
• Disassembly, repair, modification, etc. of products with extended warranty service without the authorization of Speediance; damage to the product caused by installation, use, and operation not in accordance with the instructions; malfunctions or damage caused by improper operation, intentional damage, or user negligence;
• Damage caused by computer viruses, other malicious code, or similar instructions that disrupt the normal functioning of extended warranty products or cause damage to or failure of the data and programs contained therein;
• Loss and damage to data, programs and software required for the basic functions of products without an extended warranty;
• Damage caused by natural wear and tear, corrosion, abrasion, etc.;
• Consumable parts, such as components that wear out over time, like protective films;
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and damage to connecting plastics;
• Malfunctions or damage caused by accidental factors or human action (including immersion in water, cracking from impacts, fall damage, burned circuit boards and equipment failure, etc.);
• Loss, theft or robbery of all or part of the components of products with an extended warranty;
• Direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to war, civil war, insurrections, revolutions, military coups, terrorism, nuclear radiation, nuclear explosions and other nuclear risks, typhoons, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, storms, tsunamis, ground collapses, cliff falls, avalanches, hail, mudslides, landslides or sandstorms, etc.

5.Speediance is not liable for the following losses or expenses:

• All repair requests that fall outside the Speediance warranty period;
• Any losses, expenses, or liabilities not covered by the Speediance Guarantee Service Agreement;
• Additional costs incurred through the expansion or improvement of the machine standard and performance;
• Speediance accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect personal injury and/or property damage and/or economic losses incurred by you or others through the use of this product, unless it can be proven that such injuries or losses were caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Speediance;
• Any losses or malfunctions resulting from repairs or use in repair shops not designated or authorized by Speediance.

Extended warranty service process

1. If you require customer support, you can submit a claim for the extended Speediance warranty to the customer support department. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete personal information so we can process your claim promptly.
2. You understand and agree that for repairs after purchase, the required documents, including the purchase invoice, extended warranty service number, and other relevant documents, must be provided. For special models or cases, please provide additional relevant documents as requested by Speediance.
3. Once your extended warranty service request has been approved, you can follow Speediance's customer service guidelines to repair the damaged extended warranty product.
4. Speediance will conduct a re-inspection of the extended warranty product and, depending on the specific circumstances, will take the following actions:

• For products that are not covered by the extended warranty, we will provide you with a quote for a paid repair and send you the corresponding pricing information.
• For products covered by the extended warranty, we offer free repairs. You agree that any original components or products replaced or exchanged after the repair remain the property of Speediance.

Changes/cancellation of the extended warranty service

1. Once the Speediance extended warranty service is bound, it becomes effective immediately and cannot be transferred to third parties.
2. If the product with extended warranty is returned within 7 days of receipt or exchanged within 15 days, the extended warranty can also be returned with the exchanged product or relinked. However, this does not apply if the product with extended warranty was purchased through unofficial channels or if the extended warranty was claimed within 7 days of being linked to the purchased product.
3. Each product with an extended warranty can only be bound once. If the serial number changes due to a replacement or repair outside the scope of the extended warranty, the serial number bound to the warranty extension can be replaced, thereby extending the validity period of the extended warranty accordingly.
4. The extended warranty ends upon expiry of the extended warranty period specified in this clause or when Speediance has provided and completed the services specified herein.
5. Speediance reserves the right to revise or update these terms and conditions as needed. The revised or updated terms and conditions will be published on the official Speediance website or by other appropriate means. By continuing to use Speediance's extended warranty services, you accept and agree to the revised or updated terms and conditions.
6. This service agreement will automatically terminate upon expiry of the extended warranty period or by mutual agreement of both parties.

Extended Warranty Service Information Security

Speediance makes every effort to ensure the security of online shopping information and consumer personal data. Please understand and agree that, in order to fulfill Speediance's extended warranty services, Speediance may require the provision of necessary information (including your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, product serial numbers, proof of purchase, extended warranty service numbers, etc.) to verify the applicability of Speediance's extended warranty services. Speediance will use the information you provide solely for the aforementioned purposes and will delete or anonymize the relevant personal data (if any) after these purposes have been fulfilled.

Law enforcement and dispute resolution

This clause is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Speediance's extended warranty services are purchased. Notwithstanding the above, you remain protected by the applicable laws of the country/region in which you reside. The content of this agreement (including this provision) does not affect your rights as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of local law (if applicable), including, but not limited to, your right to invoke mandatory provisions of local law (such as the right to apply the laws of your country/region, the right to seek dispute resolution from the competent consumer protection authorities or courts of your country/region, etc.).

The signing, implementation, and interpretation of this clause are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute between the parties concerning the implementation of this clause, they shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court at Speediance's headquarters.
