1. DDefinitions of relevant terms in this guideline
1.1 In this policy, "Speediance", "速境, " "速境Speediance," or "we" refers to Shenzhen Speediance Life Technology Co., Ltd.
1.2 In this policy, "user" or "you" refers to any entity that installs, registers, logs in to, uses, or otherwise interacts with Speediance software and/or Speediance network services. This does not include minors who have not yet reached the age of majority under the laws of the place where the software is used or the network services are provided.
1.3 In this policy, "this software" refers to the application software developed and operated by Speediance, including subsequent upgrades, patches, and updates. It can run on iOS, Android, and other operating systems.
1.4 In this policy, "this network service" refers to the services operated by Speediance through its websites or made available to users through this software and the Internet.
1.5 In this policy, "minors" are defined according to the laws of the place where the software is used or network services are provided; "children" specifically refers to persons under a certain age as determined by the laws and regulations of the place where the software is used or network services are provided.

2. Nature and origin of this guideline
2.1 This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the user and Speediance regarding the collection, use, and protection of the relevant personal data. This policy is contractual in nature.
2.2 Users are requested to carefully read the "User Agreement" and accept all the contents of both the "User Agreement" and this policy. If users cannot accept all the contents of the "User Agreement" and this policy, they should refrain from installing, registering for, logging in to, using, or otherwise connecting to Speediance or its software or network services.
2.3 The installation, registration, login, use of this software and/or network services by the user, or any other form of interaction with Speediance or its software or network services, shall be deemed acceptance of the entire content of this policy and agreement to this policy with Speediance.
2.4 Users should be of legal age and have full legal capacity. If not, they should read this policy under the supervision of a parent or guardian and only install, register, use, or interact in any way with Speediance or its software or network services under the supervision of their parent or guardian.
3. Scope of the collection of private information
3.1 Speediance will collect, store and use the following information when providing services:
3.1.1 Personal Basic Information
(1) Personal information that you provide when registering, logging in or using this software and/or network services (including, but not limited to: account nickname, avatar, gender, height, weight, contact number, exercise habits, dietary habits, injuries or limitations of movement, connected devices, exercise preferences, followers and training level, date of birth, place of residence, etc.).This personal basic information is primarily used to set up your personal basic account and will only be displayed to you in the personal information area of this software and/or network services.
(2) Data generated during the provision of services and/or interactions with you.
(3) Data obtained from third parties and service providers relating to you during the provision of services and/or interactions with you.
3.1.2 Sensitive Information
To better help you achieve your fitness goals, create appropriate fitness plans and improve the quality of Speediance services, we may collect your GPS location, physiological information (including heart rate, height, weight, waist circumference, chest circumference, hip circumference, arm circumference, leg circumference, etc.), health information (including calories, body fat percentage, BMI, etc.) and training records.
3.1.3 List of installed software
We can collect information about the list of installed software in the Speediance app to detect whether users have updated to the latest version, to help troubleshoot problems caused by upgrades, to resolve compatibility issues between old and new versions, and to maintain system stability.
3.1.4 Web Beacons
Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or GIFs, are typically used to indicate whether a web page or email has been opened, or whether specific content has been viewed or clicked, for the purpose of website usage statistics and marketing activity analysis. We may use web beacons to track your website usage, collect interaction information, or information about links you click or messages you forward. To support the features described in this policy, third parties (such as social media platforms or analytics providers; the specific third parties and the information they collect are listed in the "Third-Party Information Sharing List") may place web beacons on websites or accelerate services. We will use web beacons to enable advertising networks and advertisers (specific information is listed in the "Third-Party Information Collection List") to provide anonymous, aggregated audits, research, and reports.
3.1.5 Device Information
With your authorization, Speediance has the right to collect, store, and use information relating to your device, including: the model of the device you are using, the types and versions of the software installed on the device, device settings, operating system and version information, Bluetooth and base station sensor data, location information enabled on the device, Wi-Fi information connected to the device, etc. This information may be used by Speediance for traffic data analysis and data statistics to improve Speediance products and provide data support, thereby enhancing the user experience of this software and/or network services on your device.
3.1.6 Configuration Information
(1) To uniquely identify each user device, we may collect: the serial number and MAC address of Gym Monster or Gym Pal devices. In addition, for the purpose of detecting and implementing ID synchronization services, we may collect the list of device applications.
(2) Configuration information of your mobile device, web browser or other programs that access Speediance services, including device and software information, IP address, device version, device identification code, etc.
(3) Information searched for and viewed in Speediance service software or programs, including search information used on the web, keywords you enter or search for, feedback, social media URLs you use, and other information and content requested or viewed during use.
(4) Identifiers and device data, such as unique device identifiers, media access control addresses, network information, hardware models, browser types, screen resolutions, corresponding ANDROID IDs, IP addresses, usage and traffic data, and device service interaction information.
3.1.7 Information on mobile application software
(1) Information about the mobile applications you use, including information about the mobile applications and devices you use.
(2) Communication-related information when using Speediance services, including communication account information, communication time, location, duration, etc.
(3) Information that you share when using Speediance services, including embedded data of images, videos and other information that you create and upload.
3.1.8 Cookies or similar information
3.1.9 Cookie information generated during your use of this software and/or network services. Cookie information is primarily used to record and store your usage patterns to enable faster login and response times when using this software and/or network services, and to save you time and effort when re-entering previously provided information or search descriptions. We may obtain and use your information through cookies or similar technologies and store this information as log information. This information is primarily used by Speediance to store your identity and analyze your use of our services to facilitate advertising optimization.
3.1.10 Logistics Information
Postal and logistics information that you provide to us when ordering physical products using this software and/or network services, including recipient name, address, contact details, chosen logistics company, and logistics status. This information is primarily used by Speediance to handle logistics and customer service for physical product orders.
3.1.11 Text, photo and audiovisual information
Text, photo, and audiovisual information that you authorize during your use of this software and/or network services, including works you create with this software and/or network services, such as the time, location, duration, content, and voice interactions of the photos and videos you record. If you choose to use this software and/or network services for recording and photography, we have the right, upon receiving authorization, to access your device's camera, microphone, and recording permissions. This information is primarily used to display and compare your fitness results, as well as for communication and sharing with customer service, trainers, or friends.
3.1.12 Transaction Information
Payment account information provided when using this software and/or network services to order or receive rewards, including information on third-party payment accounts such as Alipay and WeChat. This information is primarily used for the necessary payment, refund, and cashback functions when ordering or receiving rewards through this software and/or network services.
3.1.13 Fitness Information
We may collect your fitness information, including heart rate data generated when you connect to this software, class participation, fitness history, Speediance leaderboards, workout history, and other fitness information. If you use Apple devices, we collect your workout information from HealthKit. We will not use or disclose HealthKit data for advertising or other data mining purposes. The information is used to improve our services and provide more accurate data for your workouts. If you use watches, fitness trackers, or mobile devices from Huawei, Xiaomi, Honor, or other brands, this software will automatically extract the collected data from these devices after your authorization, such as... z.B. Real-time heart rate data. We guarantee that the information collected will only be used to display real-time data to you, and we will protect the information and not share or sell it to third parties.
3.1.14 Information from third-party platforms
When you connect this software and/or network services to other third-party platforms, we may collect information about you from those platforms. For example, you can use tools within this software to post and share information on social media or third-party platforms. When using these tools, some account information may be transferred from the relevant platform account to us (such as account nickname, account number, avatar, etc.). 3.2 Users acknowledge and agree that refusing the aforementioned permissions or failing to provide relevant information may prevent them from using the corresponding functions and services of Speediance. However, this will not affect the normal provision and use of other functions and services of this software and/or network services, unless otherwise determined by the laws of the place where the software is used or where network services are provided.Once you revoke the corresponding authorization, Speediance will no longer collect the relevant information. 4.2. Research and Development
4.2.1 We may use your personal information for research and development improvements, including analyzing and improving Speediance services. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise anonymous data from the personal information we collect. 4.3.3 Targeted push notifications or precision marketing. Our homepage features course recommendations, with the recommended content being pushed randomly from our backend, without recording users' search history, browsing behavior, usage patterns, or other personal information. We will update this policy promptly in the event of any changes.
4.4. Compliance and Protection
We may use your personal information for:

5. Storage, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of private information
5.1. Data Protection Impact Assessment
5.1.1 Before we introduce data processing activities that could pose a high risk to your privacy and freedoms, especially those involving new technologies (including, but not limited to, automated decision-making, profiling and the large-scale processing of certain types of personal data), Speediance will conduct a thorough assessment.
5.1.2 Speediance's assessment will systematically describe the planned data processing operations and purposes, analyze the necessity and proportionality of the processing operations, assess the potential risks to your rights, and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures (including detailed explanations of the risk management measures).

5.1.4 If our Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) indicates that failing to take action would pose a high risk, we will proactively consult the supervisory authorities before processing. We will provide the supervisory authorities with all necessary information, including the purpose and methods of the processing, the measures taken to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the detailed contact information of the Data Protection Officer, the DPIA reports, and any other information requested by the supervisory authorities. We undertake to carefully consider all suggestions from the supervisory authorities and, based on the feedback, to take appropriate measures to protect your personal data.
5.2. Storage permissions
5.2.1 With your authorization, we can encrypt your uploaded avatars, images, photos, software names, software version numbers on your device and other information that you have authorized Speediance to collect, and upload them to the server for storage and processing.
5.2.2 We will process your authorized personal data within the period specified by [We will properly store your personal data in accordance with the laws and regulations of the location where the software is used/the network service provider is permitted to do so. 5.2.3 All personal information we collect is stored locally and does not involve the transfer of personal data to countries or regions outside the EU. Should cross-border data transfers be necessary in future business transactions, the purpose of the transfer will be limited to "providing or improving our services, complying with legal requirements, and fulfilling contractual obligations" and must be based on your explicit consent. If we engage third parties to process your personal information, we will, with your consent, enter into agreements with the processors regarding the purpose, duration, method of processing, types of personal information, safeguards, rights and obligations of both parties, and monitor the processors' activities in processing personal information.
Our data processors may include:
Authorized partners for in-app services: PPartners may use Software Development Kits (SDKs) within the services we provide, potentially gaining access to: your system language, network type, IP address, photo album, device information, external storage status, last known geographic location, network location information, continuous tracking, Wi-Fi information, etc. In-app push partners access the above information to create internal user IDs, making Speediance's information push more precise, reducing duplicate push notifications and deliveries, and preventing informational disruptions for you.
Authorized partners for statistical services: The statistical processing for the Speediance app and website is performed using proprietary algorithms and programs, and no third-party companies have been contracted to provide statistical services. If collaboration with third-party companies is considered in the future, Speediance will inform you and obtain your permission through announcements, messages, pop-ups, etc. Partners may use Software Development Kits (SDKs) within the services we provide, potentially gaining access to your network type, Wi-Fi information, IDFA, IDFV, etc. Statistical service partners access the aforementioned information to assist Speediance in analyzing product feature usage, thereby effectively improving Speediance products and services and enhancing the user experience. 5.4. Sharing your information
5.4.1.In addition to the personal data actively collected by Speediance, information publicly shared by users on the Speediance platform, including text, uploaded photos, audio and video, as well as information uploaded while using social networking services, is stored only by Speediance. Speediance will properly store and appropriately use your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data at the location of software use/network service provider.
5.4.2. When uploading or publishing information-sharing content using this software and/or network service, please carefully consider the privacy of the content. You can determine the scope of information you upload or publish using this software and/or network service at the time of publication. During your use of this software and/or network service, you have the right to delete previously published content at any time. 5.4.3. Based on specific business or functional requirements, Speediance may share your information with third parties during collaborations. Currently, the subjects and situations of our authorized information sharing mainly include the following types:
(1) Speediance subsidiaries. Our affiliated companies, for purposes consistent with this policy.
(2) Speediance Personal Trainers. If circumstances permit, when you choose to participate in one-on-one personal training sessions or other interactive plans and services through Speediance services, for example, we will share your training history, your responses to pre-session surveys, and other information you provide with your permission before the session begins.
(3) Other Speediance users and the public.If you make content available to other users for your public user profile (including by activating the camera on Speediance devices) or voluntarily disclose it in any other way so that other users or the public can view it, other Speediance users or the public may be able to access or view this information. Additionally, your username will be visible to other users through the Speediance app, and with your permission, other users can contact you through Speediance services. For example, if you choose to add other users as friends or interact with them, these other users may see your videos, personal profile information, fitness and performance data, and may comment on your workouts. Furthermore, any content you post publicly through the Speediance app or platforms related to Speediance services (including third-party services such as social media platforms) may also be public. For example, if the Speediance device you are using is equipped with a camera and you choose to activate it during your workout, other users of our service may, with your permission, see the videos you share during your workout or future workouts. We do not control how other users or third parties use personal information that you provide to them. Please be aware that any information you post publicly may be cached, copied, screenshotted, or otherwise stored by others (such as search engines) before you edit or delete it.
(4) Speediance Service Providers. The scope of Speediance Service Providers includes, but is not limited to: other companies and individuals who provide services or perform tasks on our behalf to assist us in operating the Speediance services or our business, such as z.B. Customer support, hosting, analytics, mobile application metrics, email delivery, marketing and database management services, music integration services, our warranty renewal services, and payment processors. However, these third parties may only use your personal information as stipulated in the contracts we have signed with them, and we will, within your permission, authorize third parties to use your personal information minimally for your benefit.
(5) Third-party platforms. Social media platforms or other third-party platforms with which you connect Speediance services and authorize us to share your information (z.B. (if you use options to access Speediance services by logging in via third-party platforms).
(6) We receive the Mac/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID of all users by registering users with our Speediance app, which covers all our users, and optimize our software functions through statistical usage data to support our device adaptation and content arrangement, while ensuring the security of user accounts.
(7) Professional advisors. Such as lawyers, auditors and insurance companies, when they provide professional services to Speediance as needed, user data will be provided upon request of the professional advisors.
(8) Law enforcement agencies, the judiciary and other national authorities and related rights holders.We sincerely believe this is conducive to legally compliant operations. If necessary, the disclosure of information to national authorities and related rights holders, such as law enforcement and judicial authorities, is both necessary and appropriate.
(9) Business Transfers. Participants in business transactions (or potential transactions), such as divestitures, mergers, consolidations, acquisitions, restructurings, sales, or other dispositions (including those related to bankruptcy or similar proceedings) of all or part of the business, assets, or interests of Speediance or our subsidiaries. In each of these cases, user information (including personal information) may be one of the assets transferred to, acquired by, or accessed by third parties.
5.5. Disclosure of your information
5.5.1. When Speediance partners with third parties to conduct events or promotions, these third parties may be responsible for delivering gifts or promotional items to users. With your authorization, we will share your shipping and logistics information with these third parties. 5.5.2. With the user's written consent, Speediance has the right to directly use the user's personal information. Written consent can be given in various forms, including but not limited to: handwritten or drawn paper forms, emails, digital documents, electronic data, and other electronic formats.
