Policy Overview
1. This policy may vary depending on local laws and regulations. Speediance reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy at any time at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. Changes will be communicated to customers through public announcements on the official website or via other appropriate channels.
2. Should the actual condition of the returned product not correspond to the information previously provided, Speediance reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange or to charge appropriate fees.
3. When returning a product for any reason, the customer must remove all personal data and custom settings from the product. Speediance accepts no responsibility for the potential disclosure of private data resulting from the customer's failure to delete this data.
4. Speediance is committed to strictly protecting customers' personal data in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. All personal data collected during the processing of return or exchange requests will be used exclusively for processing these requests.
5. This policy does not limit or exclude your statutory rights under the applicable laws of your country or region. The provisions of this policy will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Returns & Refund Policy – EU
This policy applies to products purchased through the official Speediance Online Store (eu.speediance.com), including Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, VeloNix and related accessories.
1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, Speediance offers a voluntary 30-day return and exchange period for direct purchases from the official website. The period starts from 0:00 on the delivery date (7 days for non-EU regions).
This policy applies only to orders placed through the official Speediance online store and does not apply to purchases made via authorized distributors, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). After-sales support for such orders must be requested through the original purchase channel.
1.1 Product Return Requirements
- Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product shows signs of misuse, structural damage, deep scratches, or improper handling, Speediance reserves the right to deduct part of the refund or reject the return.
- Returned products must include all original accessories (e.g., PowerGrip, Adjustable Barbell, Tricep Rope, and Cable). Any missing accessories will be deducted from the refund at their official retail value.
1.2 Return Conditions
- This 30-day policy applies only to purchases made via the official website (eu.speediance.com). It does not apply to purchases from distributors, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). Please refer to the original purchase channel for applicable policies.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, including internal protective materials and outer crate or pallet. Original packaging is required to ensure safe transportation of heavy equipment. Failure to provide original packaging may result in rejection or additional costs due to alternative packaging.
- Products must be in like-new condition, with no scratches, dents, structural damage, and must include all original accessories and user manuals.
- All returns must be initiated through customer support and approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return any product without prior RMA approval. Any loss or damage from unauthorized returns shall be the customer’s responsibility.
1.3 Return Shipping and Fees
- For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of Speediance products, estimated EU return shipping is €150–€300 (subject to carrier and location). This amount will be deducted from the refund, and original shipping fees (including express, white-glove delivery, or other premium services) are non-refundable. Products must include all accessories and original packaging and may only be used for reasonable inspection. Speediance reserves the right to claim compensation for excessive use that reduces product value.

2. Returns or Refunds Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product is damaged due to failure to follow instructions, unauthorized use, modification, or misuse.
- The product has been tested by Speediance and shows no defects or quality issues.
- Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, strong winds or lightning after delivery.
- Shipping damage is claimed without valid supporting evidence.
- The product is customized or personalized to the customer's specifications.
- A valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, or the documentation submitted is forged or altered.
- The product's serial number, labels, or identification markings have been altered, removed, or do not match the original order.
- The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., different model or configuration).
- The product is not shipped within seven (7) days after Speediance issues return approval.
- Any other circumstance that affects the product's condition or resaleability.
3. Return Process
To request a return and refund, please contact after-sales@speediance.com within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (0:00 local time), or within 7 calendar days for non-EU regions.
Please include the following information in your email: order number, product serial number, product name and quantity, reason for return, and photos or videos of the complete product packaging.
Speediance will review your request within two (2) business days after receiving your email.
If approved, Speediance will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return label, and detailed return instructions within seven (7) business days. The product must be returned in accordance with these instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, Speediance will inspect and verify that it meets the requirements of this policy. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Speediance will begin the internal refund review process upon receiving the customer's return request and will maintain Communication throughout the process. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after Speediance has received and assessed the returned product and confirmed the refund amount with the customer. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.
5. Fees and Deductions
Except for returns due to manufacturing defects, customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including packaging, handling, storage, and shipping fees. For large and heavy Speediance products, one-way return shipping within the European Union is typically €150–€300, depending on location. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and any original shipping fees are not refundable.
Additional deductions may apply if:
- The returned product is incomplete (including missing accessories or components).
- The returned product shows signs of customer-caused damage.
- The product is returned without its original packaging, resulting in damage during return transit.
- The condition of the returned product otherwise affects its resaleability.
For returns or exchanges resulting from an issue attributable to Speediance, Speediance will cover the standard return shipping costs. Additional service charges, including on-site service fees, are not covered.
6. Exchange Eligibility and Process – EU
This policy applies to products purchased through the official Speediance Online Store, including Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, VeloNix, and related accessories.
Customers may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (0:00 local time), or within 7 calendar days for non-EU regions, provided that one of the following conditions is met:
- The product has no manufacturing defects and remains in a condition suitable for resale.
- Manufacturing or quality defects are discovered after unpacking that affect normal use.
- The product was severely damaged during shipping and cannot be used normally. Valid proof of the transport damage is available.
Please note:
- Do not return any product before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions from Speediance. Any loss resulting from an unauthorized return shall be the customer's responsibility.
- All accessories, attachments, and included components must be returned together with the main unit and none of them may show signs of customer-caused damage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs incurred by using alternative packaging.

If the exchanged product has a different value from the original, any price difference will be settled accordingly (refund or additional payment as applicable).

The returned product is incomplete (including missing accessories or components).
The returned product or parts do not match the agreed case description, or the serial number (SN) does not match the original purchase.
The returned product shows signs of customer-caused damage.
The product is returned without its original packaging, resulting in damage during return transit.
The condition of the returned product otherwise affects its resaleability.
Note: For returns or exchanges resulting from an issue attributable to Speediance, Speediance will cover the standard return shipping costs. Additional service charges, including on-site service fees, are not covered.
