Why do you recommend the 4-year version?
The 4-year version offers you longer protection and is more attractively priced (only €40 more). Only one renewal can be purchased per device. If you choose the 3-year version, you cannot upgrade to the 4-year version later. Therefore, we recommend choosing the 4-year version from the start.
Can I use the free on-site service within the first 2 years?
No. The free on-site service can only be used in the 25th–26th month (for the 3-year version) or in the 25th–48th month (for the 4-year version). The manufacturer's warranty applies for the first 2 years.
Does the insurance also apply if I move?
Yes. As long as your new address is within the Speediance EU direct sales region, you can simply contact customer service and provide your new service address.
Is accidental damage also covered (e.g. a broken screen)?
No. The coverage corresponds to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and does not cover damage caused by accidents or commercial use.
How long is the Wellness+ membership code valid?
The code is valid for 12 months. Please activate it as soon as possible after receiving the email.
