Pre-order region and start time

The first batch of Gym Monster Ultra pre-orders is available in Germany in limited quantities. The Gym Monster Ultra pre-order officially starts on August 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM CEST. Pre-orders are currently only possible via the official brand website. Third-party platforms such as Amazon are not participating in this pre-order.

Pre-order model

During the pre-order period, customers can purchase a Gym Monster Ultra pre-order voucher for 399 euros and secure their pre-order entitlement. After successful receipt of payment, an individual discount code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The amount paid of 399 euros is the purchase price of the voucher. The voucher itself has a face value of 899 euros. The discount code will be redeemed when paying the remaining amount and grants a deduction of 899 euros. After successful redemption of the voucher, the already paid purchase price of the voucher will not be additionally deducted from the order amount. The pre-order is limited in quantity and will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis, while supplies last.

Estimated time for final payment

We expect to ask customers to pay the remaining amount in November 2026 (the exact timing may change due to production, inventory, or logistics; the most recent official communication will be decisive). Customers who have successfully secured their pre-order entitlement will be notified by email. The email will contain instructions on how to access the order page, redeem the discount code, and pay the remaining amount. The discount code must be redeemed and the remaining amount of 6,700 euros paid in full within the specified period. After successful redemption, the already paid voucher price of 399 euros is no longer separately refundable. If the remaining amount is not paid within the specified period, the continuation of the pre-order entitlement and the voucher will be subject to the respective payment request and the official pre-order conditions.

Shipping time

Shipping will be initiated within 3 business days after full receipt of the remaining payment. The actual shipping time may change due to production capacity, inventory, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our control; in case of changes, we will inform customers promptly.

Refund policy for the voucher

Before redeeming the voucher, the customer can request a full refund of the already paid voucher price of 399 euros at any time. Upon receipt of the refund request, the associated voucher will be canceled and can no longer be used; at the same time, the pre-order entitlement and the associated price advantage will expire. After successful redemption of the voucher, the already paid voucher price is no longer separately refundable. If the customer has already paid the remaining amount in full and then requests a cancellation or refund of the order, the request will be processed in accordance with the official refund policy for the Gym Monster Ultra.

Additional provisions

This promotion is only available in participating countries, regions, and distribution channels and is subject to product and stock availability. Pre-order prices, currencies, eligible products, and specific benefits may vary by country or region. The information on the respective valid local pre-order page is authoritative. These conditions do not restrict any statutory rights of customers under applicable consumer protection laws. This voucher is tied to the email address used for the order and may not be resold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used for commercial purposes.

The current terms and conditions will take effect on August 26, 2025, 18:00 (GMT). For products purchased before the new terms and conditions come into effect, the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase will continue to apply.

4. Speediance is committed to protecting customer personal data in strict accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. All personal data collected during the processing of return or exchange requests will be used exclusively for processing these requests.

5. This policy does not limit or exclude your legal rights under the applicable laws of your country or region. The provisions of this policy will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Return & Refund Policy – EU

This policy applies to products purchased through the official Speediance Online Store (eu.speediance.com), including Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, Gym Monster 2S, Gym Monster 3, Gym Monster 3S, Gym Monster Ultra, VeloNix, and associated accessories.

1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Guarantee

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, Speediance offers a voluntary 30-day return and exchange right for direct purchases made through the official website. The period begins at 0:00 on the day of delivery (7 days for non-EU regions). This policy applies only to orders placed through the official Speediance online store and does not apply to purchases made through authorized dealers, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). Customer service for such orders must be requested through the original channel of purchase.

1.1 Product Return Requirements

• - Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• - All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product shows signs of misuse, structural damage, deep scratches, or improper handling, Speediance reserves the right to withhold a portion of the refund or refuse the return.
• - Returned products must include all original accessories (e.g., PowerGrip, adjustable barbell, triceps rope, and cables). Missing accessories will be deducted from the refund at their official selling price.

1.2 Return Conditions

• - This 30-day policy applies only to purchases made through the official website (eu.speediance.com). It does not apply to purchases from distributors, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). Please contact the original channel of purchase for their applicable policies.
• - Products must be returned in their original packaging, including internal protective materials and the outer box or pallet. Original packaging is required to ensure the safe transport of heavy equipment. Failure to provide the original packaging may result in refusal of the return or additional costs for alternative packaging.
• - Products must be in like-new condition, free from scratches, dents, or structural damage, and must include all original accessories and user manuals.
• - All returns must be initiated through customer service and approved with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not return any product without prior RMA approval. Losses or damages incurred due to unauthorized returns are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs and Fees

• - For returns not based on quality defects, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Due to the size and weight of Speediance products, estimated return shipping costs within the EU range from €150 to €300 (depending on the carrier and location). This amount will be deducted from the refund; original shipping fees (including express shipping, white-glove delivery, or other premium services) are non-refundable. Products must include all accessories and original packaging and must have been used only for reasonable inspection. Speediance reserves the right to claim compensation for excessive use that diminishes the product's value.

2. Returns or Refunds will NOT be accepted if:

• - The product was damaged due to failure to follow instructions, unauthorized use, modification, or misuse.
• - The product has been tested by Speediance and shows no defects or Google quality issues.
• - Damage was caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, storm, or lightning strike after delivery.
• - Shipping damage is claimed without valid evidence.
• - The product was customized or personalized according to customer specifications.
• - No valid proof of purchase can be provided or the submitted documents are forged or altered.
• - The product's serial number, labels, or identification marks have been altered or removed, or do not match the original order.
• - The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., different model or configuration).
• - The product is not shipped within seven (7) days of the return authorization issued by Speediance.

3. Return Process

To request a return and refund, please contact after-sales@speediance.com within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (0:00 local time) or within 7 calendar days for non-EU regions. Please include the following information in your email: order number, product serial number, product name and quantity, reason for return, and photos or videos of the complete product packaging. Speediance will review your request within two (2) business days of receiving your email. Upon approval, Speediance will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, a return label, and detailed return instructions within seven (7) business days. The product must be returned in accordance with these instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, Speediance will inspect and verify that it meets the requirements of this policy. Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Speediance will begin the internal refund review process immediately upon receipt of the customer's return request and will maintain communication with the customer throughout the process. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after Speediance has received and inspected the returned product and confirmed the refund amount with the customer. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.

5. Fees and Deductions

Except for returns due to manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including packaging, handling, storage, and shipping fees. For large and heavy Speediance products, standard return shipping within the European Union typically costs €150 to €300, depending on the location. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional deductions may apply if:

• - The returned product is incomplete (including missing accessories or components).
• - The returned product shows signs of customer-caused damage.
• - The product is returned without original packaging, resulting in damage during return transport.
• - The condition of the returned product otherwise impairs its resale value.

For returns or exchanges due to a problem attributable to Speediance, Speediance will cover the standard return shipping costs. Additional service fees, including on-site service fees, are not covered.

6. Eligibility and Expiration for Exchange – EU

This policy applies to products purchased through the official Speediance Online Store, including Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, Gym Monster 3, Gym Monster 3S, Gym Monster Ultra, VeloNix, and associated accessories. Customers can request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date (0:00 local time) or within 7 calendar days for non-EU regions, provided one of the following conditions is met:

• The product has no manufacturing defects and is in a resalable condition.
• Manufacturing or quality defects are found after unpacking, which impair normal use.
• The product was severely damaged during transport and cannot be used normally. Valid proof of transport damage is available.

Please note:

• Do not return a product before receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions from Speediance. Any losses resulting from an unauthorized return are the responsibility of the customer.
• All accessories, attachments, and included components must be returned together with the main unit, and none of them may show signs of customer-caused damage.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the customer may be held responsible for the additional costs incurred by using alternative packaging.

Important Shipping Notice

Free shipping applies to standard deliveries within eligible delivery areas. For particularly large or heavy products, standard delivery exclusively includes "Threshold Delivery." "Threshold Delivery" means delivery to the entrance, front door, porch, or threshold of the specified delivery address. This does not include delivery inside the premises, to the garden, to upper floors, unpacking, assembly, installation, or disposal of packaging materials. Indoor delivery, white-glove services, or other special delivery services are optional paid add-on services and must be requested separately before shipping. 1. Delivery Areas

Speediance currently delivers to selected regions in North America, Europe, Asia, and other countries and regions where our logistics partners can offer delivery services. We do not deliver to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• Remote islands, mountainous regions, or other areas without regular delivery service
• Addresses that cannot be served by our shipping service providers

If your delivery address is outside our delivery area, we will contact you within one business day of your order and offer you one of the following options:

• Change to a deliverable address or
• Cancel the order with a full refund

If delivery is not possible due to restrictions in our delivery area, you will not incur any additional costs.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Services

For addresses within our standard delivery area, Speediance offers free curbside delivery as part of our standard shipping service. For oversized or heavy items, our standard service exclusively includes "Threshold Delivery." "Threshold Delivery" means that the order is delivered only to the entrance, front door, porch, or threshold of the delivery address. This does not include delivery inside the premises, to the garden, to upper floors, unpacking, assembly, installation, or disposal of packaging. If you require additional services such as indoor delivery, white-glove service, or other special delivery arrangements, please contact our support team before placing your order. Indoor delivery, white-glove service, or other special services are not included in free standard shipping and must be booked and paid for separately, if available. For remote regions, additional surcharges for delivery may apply. If applicable, our support team will contact you before shipping. Additional fees may also apply if delivery fails due to reasons caused by the recipient, including, but not limited to, missed delivery appointments, repeated delivery attempts, storage fees, or address change requests after shipment.

3. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties

Product prices and shipping costs may not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable charges, unless explicitly stated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import duties of the destination country or region. 5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only. No shipping occurs on weekends and holidays. Under normal circumstances, the following processing times apply:

• Small and medium-sized items such as yoga mats, resistance bands, and accessories under 50 lbs are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Large or heavy items such as all-in-one strength training equipment over 50 lbs are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.

During major sales events or seasonal peak times, processing time may be extended. In case of significant delays, we will endeavor to inform you by email.

6. Shipping Methods and Shipping Service Providers

Customers usually cannot choose the shipping service provider or shipping method themselves. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact our support before ordering. Depending on logistical planning, accessories may be shipped separately or together with the main unit. Accessories and main unit may arrive in different shipments. Please refer to the respective tracking information. Speediance may use different shipping service providers depending on the destination country, product type, package size, and availability.

Standard Small and Medium-sized Items

Small and medium-sized items are usually shipped via parcel service providers. Examples of shipping service providers:

• Europe: DHL Parcel or other shipping service providers
• Canada: UPS Standard or other shipping service providers

Speediance reserves the right to adjust or change the shipping service provider without affecting the overall quality of service. Standard parcel delivery usually includes:

• Standard ground transportation
• Online tracking
• No signature required, unless mandated by the shipping service provider or local delivery regulations

Estimated delivery time after shipping:

• Typically 2–7 business days after the order is shipped
• Additional delivery time may be required in remote regions

During major sales events, in cases of extreme weather conditions, strikes, disruptions with shipping service providers, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery time may be delayed. Standard freight deliveries include:

• Standard LTL truck freight delivery service
• Threshold Delivery only
• Delivery to the entrance, front door, porch, or threshold of the delivery address
• No delivery inside the premises, to the garden, or to upper floors, unpacking, assembly, installation, or disposal of packaging
• Online tracking, if available
• Scheduling of delivery appointments under normal circumstances by phone, email, or SMS

Please watch out for calls, emails, or SMS messages from the shipping service provider to arrange your delivery appointment. Due to the high value of oversized products, a signature from the recipient may be required upon delivery. If visible damage or unusual conditions are observed upon delivery, please inform the driver immediately and contact Speediance Support as soon as possible.

7. Optional Paid Delivery Services

The following services are optional additional services and are not included in free standard shipping. Availability varies by country, region, and shipping service provider.

Inside Delivery

Typically includes carrying the package to the ground floor, garage, or an accessible indoor area. Delivery to upper floors is usually not included. Estimated costs:

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure that all information provided with your order is correct and complete, including:

• Name
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you have provided an incorrect address, contact our support as soon as possible. Before shipping, an address change may be possible free of charge, but this cannot be guaranteed due to logistical processes. After the order has been shipped, an address change is usually no longer possible. If still possible, additional fees may apply.

9. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships.

• Orders not yet shipped can usually be canceled free of charge.
• Orders already shipped may incur return shipping costs, storage fees, or other logistics costs.

These fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

10. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the recipient's email address within 24 hours. You can track your order via:

12. Delivery Inspection and Damaged Packages

Minor Packaging Damage

If only the packaging is slightly damaged:

Severe Damage to Packaging and Product

If both packaging and product are severely damaged:

Hidden Damage After Acceptance

13. Lost Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it:

14. Compensation for Shipping Loss or Transit Damage
