Return & Refund Policy – EU

This policy applies to products purchased through the official Speediance Online Store (eu.speediance.com), including Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, Gym Monster 3, Gym Monster 3S, Gym Monster Ultra, VeloNix, and related accessories.

1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Guarantee

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, Speediance offers a voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy for direct purchases through its official website. The period begins at 0:00 on the day of delivery (7 days for non-EU regions). This policy applies only to orders placed through Speediance's official online store and does not apply to purchases made through authorized dealers, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). Customer service for such orders must be requested through the original channel of purchase.

1.1 Product Return Requirements

• Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date.
• All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the product shows signs of misuse, structural damage, deep scratches, or improper handling, Speediance reserves the right to withhold a portion of the refund or reject the return.
• Returned products must include all original accessories (e.g., PowerGrip, adjustable barbell, triceps rope, and cables). Missing accessories will be deducted from the refund at the official retail price.

1.2 Return Conditions

• This 30-day policy applies only to purchases made through the official website (eu.speediance.com). It does not apply to purchases from distributors, resellers, or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon or local retailers). Please contact the original purchase channel for their applicable policies.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including internal protective materials and the outer box or pallet. Original packaging is required to ensure the safe transport of heavy equipment. Failure to provide original packaging may result in rejection of the return or additional costs for alternative packaging.
• Products must be in like-new condition, free from scratches, dents, or structural damage, and must include all original accessories and user manuals.
• All returns must be initiated through customer service and authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send any product without prior RMA approval. Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs and Fees

• For returns not based on quality defects, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Due to the size and weight of Speediance products, estimated return shipping costs within the EU range from €150 to €300 (depending on carrier and location). This amount will be deducted from the refund; original shipping fees (including express shipping, white-glove delivery, or other premium services) are non-refundable. Products must include all accessories and original packaging and must have been used only for reasonable inspection. Speediance reserves the right to claim compensation for any excessive use that diminishes the product's value.
• For quality-related returns, Speediance covers both outbound and return shipping costs. For details, please contact after-sales@speediance.com.

Speediance will begin the internal refund review process immediately upon receipt of the customer's return request and will remain in communication with the customer throughout the process. View previous versions

Speediance makes no warranties other than those expressly stated in this limited warranty. This includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement of third-party rights, and any warranties arising from trade, usage, or course of dealing.

1. Under this warranty, Speediance is only liable for loss or damage to the product that occurs during Speediance's possession or during transportation for which Speediance is responsible.

2. Speediance is not liable for the loss or disclosure of data stored in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.

3. Speediance, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers are not liable for damages resulting from the damage, loss, corruption, or disclosure of data, nor for special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings).

4. By accepting Speediance's warranty service, you agree that Speediance's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product, except where personal injury (including death) or property damage was caused solely by Speediance's actions; in which case, Speediance will be liable according to applicable local laws and regulations (you agree to waive any punitive payments imposed on Speediance under local consumer protection laws in such cases).
If personal injury or property damage is caused jointly by Speediance and you or a third party, you bear the burden of proof for causation, and Speediance will assume corresponding liability under applicable law (you agree to waive any punitive payments imposed on Speediance under local consumer protection laws in such cases). The limitation of Speediance's total liability to the amount paid for the product does not apply to cases involving personal injury (including death), property damage, or material personal property.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country or region. The terms and conditions set forth in this warranty apply within the limits of the legal provisions of your country or region. Should the warranty period specified herein be shorter than the minimum period required by law, local laws and regulations shall apply.

Warranty Scope

You are entitled to limited warranty services if the following conditions are met:

1. The Speediance product was purchased through official Speediance channels or authorized dealers.

2. Within the specified warranty period, the product experiences a performance failure not caused by human factors.

3. The product was purchased for personal or home use. (Products purchased for commercial purposes require a separate purchase agreement and warranty terms with Speediance.)

4. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice, or receipt) and the product's serial number must be provided.

Services not covered by this limited warranty may incur additional costs. For more information, please refer to "How to Obtain Warranty Services."

How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact Speediance Customer Service.
When contacting Speediance customer service, please provide a clear description of the issue with your product.

2. Initial Troubleshooting:
Speediance will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via phone, email, online chat, or remote support. In some cases, Speediance may recommend downloading and installing specific software updates. If these measures do not resolve the issue, you may be asked to return the product to Speediance for further inspection.

￮ If a performance failure caused by non-human factors is confirmed during inspection within the warranty period, Speediance will cover the costs of replacement, repair, and round-trip shipping. Please note that additional service fees such as pickup and handling are not included.

￮ If it is determined that the product is not eligible for free warranty service or is damaged during transit because the customer chose a carrier other than Speediance, Speediance will charge the corresponding inspection, repair (including labor costs), shipping, and tax fees based on the inspection results. You can choose a paid repair or have the original product returned. You will bear the cost of returning the original product.

3. On-Site Repair Service:

For gift items, the warranty applies to the holder of the original application account. Replacement products do not come with a new warranty but are subject to the remaining warranty period of the original product and the same terms.

2. Product Diagnosis
Returned products will be diagnosed by Speediance. If the defective product is covered by this limited warranty, Speediance will bear the costs of replacement, repair, and round-trip shipping.

3. Normal Wear and Tear:
With increased training use, resistance cables and pulleys may wear out due to long-term friction. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a material or workmanship defect. Regular checks of the resistance cables are required for optimal training experience and safety. If any abnormalities are noticed, such as thinning, tears, fraying, or severe wear, training should be stopped immediately and Speediance contacted for cable replacement.
Cable inspection and replacement are part of routine maintenance. During the warranty period (for non-human factors), Speediance will provide free replacement materials; however, the cable must be replaced by the owner. If on-site service is required, Speediance or an authorized dealer can be contacted. However, labor, travel, and accommodation costs (if the distance to the service center or point of sale exceeds 150 km) will be borne by the applicant. Regardless of whether the replacement is done by oneself or by third parties, a comprehensive understanding of the device's structure and complexity is required to avoid physical damage and safety risks. All associated risks and costs are borne by the applicant.

4. No Global Warranty
Speediance does not offer a global warranty. Warranty services are only available at designated service centers. However, cross-regional repair services may be offered at an additional cost.

5. Cross-Regional Repairs:
If a product purchased in Region A is to be repaired in Region B, prior approval from Speediance is required. All associated costs, including customs duties, customs clearance fees, transport, and storage, will be borne by the applicant.

6. Correct Packaging:
If a product needs to be returned to Speediance for repair, contact Speediance for the correct packaging method. The product should be packaged according to Speediance's standard packaging guidelines or in its original packaging. A safety inspection must be carried out before shipment to ensure the integrity of the packaging. Any special labels or instructions provided by Speediance must be affixed.
