Who is authorized to purchase?
Customers in supported countries (Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia – more coming soon) who have officially purchased an original Speediance Gym machine and whose 2-year manufacturer's warranty is still valid.
When do the benefits begin?
Extended Warranty & Free On-Site Service: Automatically starts from the 25th month, immediately following the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. VIP Priority Support, Cable Replacement & Wellness+ Membership: Take effect immediately upon activation of your Care Plan.
On-site service available during the first 2 years?
No. On-site service only applies from month 25 onwards (months 25–36 with the 3-year plan / months 25–48 with the 4-year plan). The standard manufacturer's warranty applies during the first 2 years.
Are accident damages covered?
No. Coverage only applies to hardware and functional defects under normal home use. Damage caused by drops, liquids, modifications, or commercial use is excluded.

Who is eligible to purchase Speediance Care Ultra?
Customers residing in the eligible countries (Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia) who purchased an original Gym Ultra through official or authorized channels and whose device is still covered by the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
When do the benefits take effect?
• Extended warranty: Starts automatically after the original 2-year warranty expires (extending the total coverage to 5 years).• Free on-site repairs, VIP Express Support, free cable replacement & Wellness+ membership: Take effect immediately upon activation of your Care Plan.
Can the on-site repair service be used during the first 2 years?
Yes. However, as the number of free on-site repairs is limited, we recommend saving them for major hardware issues rather than using them for minor problems that can easily be resolved yourself.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
No. It extends the standard warranty for core hardware and functional defects under normal household use. Accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, and commercial use are excluded.

Why is the 4-year plan recommended?
It offers maximum value and comprehensive protection. Since the Care Plan cannot be upgraded or extended after purchase, we recommend opting for the full 4 years right away.
Who can buy Speediance Care?
Customers in Germany who purchased an original Gym Nano through official or authorized distribution channels and whose original 2-year manufacturer's warranty is still valid.
When do the benefits begin?
Extended warranty & free shipping: Automatically start after your original 2-year warranty expires and extend coverage into the 3rd or 4th year. VIP priority support, free tow rope set, free battery replacement & free replacement of irreparable devices: Take effect immediately upon purchase of the Care Plan.
Are accident damages covered?
No. The plan continues the standard warranty for hardware and functional defects. Drops, liquid damage, and commercial use are excluded. Loss of battery capacity caused by unauthorized opening, modification, or misuse is also not covered.
What happens if the device cannot be repaired?
You receive 1× free device replacement with free return and shipping. In the event of a core motor defect, the replacement is carried out immediately, without waiting for repair.
