Based on your error video, photos or description, a customer service expert will perform a diagnosis within 48 hours and create an individual repair plan.

Step 4: On-site service
Spare parts will be shipped within 48 hours. If an on-site visit is required, an authorized service technician will contact you to schedule an appointment and will arrive at the agreed time.

Q: When can I make a purchase?
A: An additional purchase is possible as long as the device is within the original 2-year warranty period and is functioning properly. After 2 years, no further purchases are possible.

Q: Can refurbished phones be purchased?
A: Yes. Officially certified refurbished devices have the same purchase eligibility and guaranteed rights and benefits.

Q: Can the free home service be used within the first 2 years?
A: No. The free on-site service benefit can only be used during the 25th-26th month (3-year version) or the 25th-48th month (4-year version); the first 2 years are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.

Q: Are the rights and benefits still valid after a move?
A: Yes. As long as your new address is within the direct sales territory of Speediance EU, simply contact customer service to update your service address.

Q: Does it cover accidental damage (such as a broken screen)?
A: No. This plan adopts the original manufacturer's warranty standard and does not cover damage caused by human accidents or commercial use.

Q: Can the Care benefit be transferred along with the device if it is passed on?
A: No. The Care Plan is tied to the original purchaser's account and the device's serial number (SN) and cannot be transferred in the case of used goods sales.

Q: How long is the validity period of the Wellness+ membership redemption code?
A: The redemption code is valid for 12 months. Please activate it as soon as possible after receiving the email.

Q: Why is the 4-year version recommended?
A: The 4-year plan offers longer coverage and better value for money (only 40 (€ more) and only one protection plan can be purchased for the same device. After purchasing the 3-year plan, the 4-year plan is no longer available. It is recommended to choose the 4-year plan directly.
