Return and exchange policy

Instructions for returns and refunds

If there is a quality problem, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.

1. Send an email to after-sales@speediance.com with the following information.

1) Order number

2) Product output

3) Pictures or videos of products and intact packaging

We will process your request within two working days of receiving your email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return it.

and where you should send your package. Items returned to us without prior request from us will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

× It is requested after 14 days have elapsed since receipt of a product.

× A product sent to Speediance for the return and refund service does not include all original accessories, fixings or packaging, or an item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., it has damage.

× A valid proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not presented, or there is reasonable suspicion that it has been forged or manipulated.

× Any defect or damage to the product is due to unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, ingress of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

× Damage caused by uncontrollable external influences such as fire, floods, strong winds or lightning strikes.

× A product will not be delivered to Speediance within 7 calendar days of confirmation of the return and refund service from Speediance.

× Other circumstances not listed in this policy, if applicable.

Exchange and return fee

Speediance covers the costs of shipping products to and from the store for replacement due to performance issues.

Alternatively, the customer bears the costs for the round-trip transport of products sent in for replacement after the warranty period has expired.

*Do not return any product without first receiving an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and instructions for further action provided by Speediance.

The customer must bear the costs of returning the product to the specified service center (including the costs of cross-border and international shipping, if applicable), unless the return is due to a defect in performance.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.(Shipping costs may apply) As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
