Do my OCCs expire?
OCCs are valid for two calendar years. For example: OCCs collected between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 will expire on December 31, 2027.
How can I check when my OCCs expire?
You can view the expiration date of your OCCs in the account balance history.
I have two accounts. Can I transfer OCCs between them?
No, OCCs cannot be transferred between different accounts.
Can OCCs be transferred to others?
No, OCCs are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
What should I do if I haven't received my OCCs?
Please check your account balance history. OCCs are usually credited to your account in less than an hour.
