VeloNix is suitable for heights from 155 cm (5 ft 1 in) to 195 cm (6 ft 4.8 in). (For heights over 195 cm, additional accessories are required.) It supports a maximum weight of 140 kg (308 lb).
Do I need to wear cycling shoes during training?
No. Regular pedals are used, so cycling shoes are not required.
How does delivery look?
How quickly will I receive my device after purchase?
As a general rule, customers in the USA can expect delivery within 7–10 days.
How will the device be delivered to my home?
Due to the size of the device, it will be delivered to your location in the USA by truck. The delivery truck driver will contact you by phone to arrange a specific delivery date and time that is convenient for you. Please note that the exact shipping company may vary depending on your location, which is why we cannot provide you with their contact details in advance. We have established three warehouses in the eastern and western United States (in New Jersey and Los Angeles), as well as in the central United States (in Houston). We select the shipping warehouse based on your address to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery."
Does VeloNix come with adjustable crank arms?
VeloNix does not come with adjustable crank arms by default. Fit is adjusted via the seat, handlebars, and frame adjustments. If you require a specific crank arm configuration, please contact our support team before purchasing to confirm compatibility or available options.
