A portable prototype demonstrates how continuous, real-time data can influence training and recovery decisions in Speediance's connected fitness system.
Las Vegas, January 8, 2026 – Speediance, A leading company in smart fitness innovation, Speediance is once again making waves at CES 2026 with its first wearable device, the Speediance Strap. The strap is designed to explore how continuous physiological and behavioral data can support more informed health and training decisions in everyday life. The device will be on display at the Speediance booth in the Venetian Expo (Level 2, 55339) and is one of two new product prototypes on site, alongside Gym Nano, a compact, motorized, cable-based training system.

Speediance Strap collects signals related to training, sleep, and core body temperature and integrates this data into the Wellness+ Speediance's platform is part of a CARE-based system: collecting, analyzing, recommending, and executing data. The wearable's data is transformed into adaptive recommendations that assist in making decisions about daily training and recovery.
In training scenarios, Speediance Strap supports both endurance and strength exercises. The system recognizes a wide variety of exercises and tracks movement patterns, training volume, and speed trends. It provides performance data on muscular endurance and fatigue during training, helping users better understand how their body responds to different types of exercise.
In addition to activity and recovery metrics, the device also monitors physiological responses related to stress and body temperature, supporting safer training decisions and helping users recognize when they should push themselves harder and when they should recover.
