The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 24 months for the device and 12 months for accessories. The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase for the warranty to be valid. After the warranty period expires, replacement parts are available for purchase.
Warranty services
Warranty services are not provided for the following parts:
Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance or storage, and force majeure.
× Normal wear and tear.
× Damage caused by unauthorized repairs to the product.
× Resold/used items
