🕑 Applies to machines purchased within the last two years.
Devices whose two-year warranty has expired are not eligible. Please check your warranty expiration date to ensure it meets the requirements, as extended support cannot be activated otherwise.
🆔Order number required
After purchase, enter your order number into the device to activate extended support. Be sure to keep your order number safe.
⏳Effective seven days after purchase
Speediance Extended Care will activate seven days after purchase and can then be connected to your device. If you experience connection problems after seven days, please contact Speediance customer support.
🔒 Limited to one extended support session per device
Each device can only be connected to an extended maintenance service. Please do not make repeated purchases.
❌No cancellations or refunds
Once the device has been activated and successfully paired, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. Please proceed with caution.
INSTRUCTIONS
Check warranty end date:
Log in to your account on the device and go to: Home → Personal Page → System Settings → Speediance Extended Care to view the device's warranty expiry date.
Activate Speediance Extended Care on the device:
Log in to your account on the device and go to: Home → Personal Page → System Settings → Speediance Extended Care, and enter the order number to activate the extended warranty service for this device.
